Kimberly took over the primary selling of our home, and she really pulled out all the stops. Our house was very unique on the market, as it was a meticulously renovated and upgraded Queen Anne Victorian home, listed in the National Historic Registry. She had a gorgeous color brochure made for potential buyers to have, and also created a website with video and photo content, as well as full description of the property. Kimberly Effta is an amazing real estate agent. She helped us buy and sell our home in Grand Forks.
On the sell side, she helped us price our home appropriately. We had twenty people look at our house and we got eleven offers in a week. She hired a photographer to help advertise the home. She even helped with arranging furniture. She helped us pick the offer that worked best for us.
She went above and beyond - she took the time to get to know our family and helped us move calmly through an incredibly stressful process. My hubby and I chose to move to give our 4 furbabies a beautiful backyard to run around :) there might've been a push, but we are grateful for it. Because we have a home we love! A family realtor who couldn't assist us due to not being licensed here in ND (from MN), she did ALOT of researching to make we would be taken care of and found Kimmy. She sure did take care of us!
