My education solutions is was helpful in setting up a student loan repayment plan. I do wish I had researched other options for repayment prior to getting started with them as they are basically the middle man. It was nice not to do the upfront work with getting on a repayment program, but I wished I had considered the $49 fee monthly- I was under the impression it was a $200 one-time fee (I clearly didn't read through every document).

They have been helpful when I have a question and it is nice to just update documents directly through them. Communication with them is usually easy, but I have had times in which my emails were not responded to and I had to call.
