It was a God sent that I was sent guidance from the higher power. I feel a heavy burden was lifted off my shoulders by speaking to an agent for My Education Solutions, who was respectful, courteous and empathic. I was ashamed that through my hardships I fell back on paying for my student loan. OMG psychologically I was stressed and depressed. I am of age to apply for social security and don’t want my check to be garnished. Always afraid I would live in the streets.
