Leticia Perez was super informative and helpful. So far my experience with My Education Solutions has been excellent. The amount I will be saving on my student loans is more than substantial. Their help in navigating loan forgiveness will allow me to be debt free so much quicker than I ever dreamed!

I just got approved for the program and it's really helped put me at ease about the nightmare that is repaying student debt. Leticia Perez was extremely helpful every step of the way explaining the process, the long-term plans, and how my situation would be effected. This program is making a huge dent in my monthly payments.

The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because apparently they are having issues with their scheduling tool because I had more than one appointment canceled, ignored, scheduled more than once, with no one reaching out to tell me what was going on. The only reason I even continued to give them a chance after the first canceled appointment is because a friend referred me to this program and has had nothing but good things to say. I'm glad I gave them a chance now

It has now been a little over a week since I left my review. I am modifying but to be clear, it is only because of my experience with Allison. I have been working with Allison for over a week, and she has gone above, and beyond to make me feel better, considering there is absolutely nothing they can do to fix the problem. Student loans are a very delicate topic and carry so many emotions, and I do have to say that Allison has been a trooper dealing with me (since I found out that my credit got affected). I am changing the 1 star review to a 4 just because of Allison. She is a true expert at customer service. My education solutions needs to higher more people like her to avoid issues like mine.

The staff was very friendly and professional while assisting my needs. Michelle kept me informed throughout the entire process and Derek followed up with her to keep me informed. I trusted them to help me with my financial needs. They seemed to have the knowledge to help me in this matter.
