My experience with MES thus far has been phenomenal. It can be unnerving participating in Public Student Loan Forgiveness as rules seem to change with the tides of political leadership. MyEducationSolutions has taken the worry out of the entire process. They’re a great support system who’s always keeping me informed and up to date on payments, policy changes, etc.

She took care of my login issue quickly and now I am having no more problems.

I have had the best experience with MES. Better than any other loan servicing provider I’ve ever had. I have experienced prompt efficient customer service and EVERY aspect of my experience has been met with someone going above and beyond even so much so that during the pandemic THE OWNER contacted me personally and handled my account with the care and respect that I needed in such a trying and uncertain time. And to this day I still receive that same zeal and effort from anyone and everyone involved with my account and loan. I appreciate and am grateful to be a part of what they do.

One of their employees, Emily, was very helpful in helping me understand the status of my account and she was able to answer all my questions. I started college after I married and had three children. My husband was a farmer. The closest university was a Church affiliated school. Tuition was high and I had to take out several loans.
A school teacher and a farmer don’t make a ton of money. We began paying my loans but never seemed to make any headway. After my husband died it got even worse. My Education Solutions helped me make my payments doable. I am still paying for my education but, the payments are now affordable.
