My experience with MES has been nothing short of incredible. From the initial presentation meeting, I received such attentive and individualized guidance. This included explaining the loan forgiveness policy and process, which I found very confusing at times, as well as helping with the ongoing requirements to keep up with the process. I have always had good communication with MES, as they always answered my questions promptly. MES was always one step ahead with notifying me of deadlines or updates regarding government COVID 19 policy regarding student loan forgiveness. I know there are various programs and companies that assist with student loan forgiveness, but MES made me feel like they genuinely cared about my situation.
