This company I have had issues with from the start. Sending me another clients profile/ information, invoicing me the initial start up fee twice, lack of communication is pretty consistent, challenged a lot of accounts that didn’t need to be to rack up the bill, caused fraudulent statuses to come up on my credit, caused 3 of my credit cards now to freeze due to them challenging accounts associated with open accounts, also some how managed to challenge a account I have a open balance on and am paying on, it removed me from my own account. All this while asking for a explanation and documentation verification from Muzi and getting no cooperation on his end. On top of all this they invoice me and deducted payment without my consent due to the issues we were having. Highly do not recommend.
