In this market we knew finding the house that worked for us would be difficult ….but thanks to Lara and Caten Murphy, they not only found the perfect home - but got the first showing on the first day it was available to view. We were actually still in our home in Florida so we viewed home via FaceTime with Lara and Caten. The house was exactly what we were looking for. They helped us put together an offer within an hour of viewing -and our offer was accepted that day (thanks to a short term time frame for sellers to accept based on direction from Lara and Caten). Along the way the help with inspections and preparation for closing was above and beyond…. Even meeting Fence and pool contractors on site. We couldn’t be more pleased and recommend them highly.
