My husband and I were looking for a home in the Charlotte area, and we are from out of state. Caten was very understanding when we said " We don't think we can buy sight unseen". When our first offer was turned down on a house we did see, we returned home and thought..Now what? There is no way we are going to be comfortable sight unseen.
