Mr. Calvin's Bouncers is the best bouncy house company I have ever used!!!! I have used a lot of companies but none were as good as him. His prices were low, the bouncers were clean, they were even early setting up. And to top it all off Mr. Calvin was polite and just a very nice man. I will definitely use him again.

I have always used Mr. Calvin's Bouncers. Never had a problem and will continue to use them for any event I plan.

I was suppose to receive the sports bouncer with a slide for July 4th yesterday at Murray Park pavilion 6. I received confirmation I would have the bouncer from 3-7. They were a no call no show for me. At first I tried to be optimistic because it rained that morning. I called at 2:40pm to advise another party had setup at the pavilion 6. No answer. I left a voicemail as to where to setup. No callback. I texted because their phone number is mobile. Again, no answer. To add insult to injury they had been to the park to set up a bouncer at pavilion 3. I was upset! The only reason I called was because 5 people from fb recommended this company. I'm glad the kids 15 children in my party made due because they felt let down. I was left having to answer questions like where's the bouncy house. Why did they set up a bouncer next door and not here. They maybe a good company. However my...

Customer Service 101 reminders for Calvins Bouncers: If you are going to be late call the customer. The customer should not have to call you.
Also, bring ALL the equipment you need with you. Have extra on hand just in case. If you use your customer's things please put them back like you found them. Inquire about outlet availability, location, etc. BEFORE you arrive so the customer can make arrangements.
