I contacted Moxie after seeing their Facebook advertisement. Their response was very fast even on the weekend during nonbuisness hours. I have 3 kids 4 and under and 3 cats. We had our carpets cleaned 2 years ago and I thought it would be nice to freshen them up a little. One of our cats is older and handicapped and has had 3 accidents in the last couple months. Even though we treated them i never felt the spots were “clean”.
Moxie came in and was very professional and courtesy. They showed great attention to detail and listened to my biggest concerns. They went above and beyond for any problem areas. The picture attached was shocking to me. I didn’t think our carpet was that dirty! We will be using moxie on a regular basis now to keep our home clean. Very happy with the results and the price was a fraction of the cost I’ve been quoted from other companies in the past.

We had our tile and carpets cleaned. They are like new! (We have two kids and a dog and the floors showed it.) Great service! They stand behind what they do and are very customer oriented. 5 stars!

I highly recommend Moxie to anyone needing their services! Unfortunately I need them for water clean up due to a pipe burst. My brother-in-law called them for me and they came the very next morning because of the amount of water in the basement. They dug right and wasted no time in cleaning all the water up. They worked with my insurance and knew all that would be required. They checked on the progress every day I needed their equipment for and gave me an update each time. Anytime I had a question they answered and almost immediately. Absolute stellar customer service. I had no one home to help me with anything and Allen and Dan made me feel like I was in good hands and relieved me of all the anxiety I was having because I had no idea where to even begin!
