Was given the Mardis name and number from a realtor friend to give us an appraisal of my sister's house to settle her estate. Shawn set an appointment to meet us within a few days of our call. Upon arrival he asked some basic questions and then proceeded to take pictures and measurements. Explained to us about the process and how he would arrive at the appraised value. Received the appraisal within a few days. Shawn was very respectful, easy to work with and reasonable with his fee for the appraisal.
