Shawne Mardis is literally the sweetest guy I’ve met. Always remained positive and kept us looking even when we got discouraged. He was always ready and willing to show us houses and answer the silly questions we had. We closed on our first home today and if I had to turn around and buy a house again in a year I would chose him!
