I used MoveHer about a year ago to move the heavy or awkward items that I could not fit into my SUV. I was impressed with the care of my items they showed. I was impressed with how professional they were and how prepared the movers were by having what was needed to better protect my furniture and large screen TV. This time I needed to move again, and again I used MoveHer. I had the same quality experience. I definitely recommend this company, you will be satisfied.

Out of the 3 people’s belongings that this company moved, I’m (34F) missing 3 boxes of very personal belongings. A box labeled shoes, a box labeled bras and panties and a box labeled work clothes. We reported this to the company and they tried to gaslight us out reporting or filing a claim. Incredibly unhappy and disappointed. I pulled all their marketing material from my business and will absolutely never use or recommend this company in the future.

**in response to the owners response: he tried convincing us that the box would be found or it was at either of our cleaned out houses and that everyone who’s ever had this issue finds their items. One of the movers also made a comment to my husband about remembering me from a time he moved me with his previous company and it was very unsettling. Our entire house has been unpacked and they are still nowhere to be found.

The crew who loaded my belongings were extremely professional and proficient. I believe the protected the fragile pieces of furniture extremely well, but I won't know the outcome until the POD arrives and we unload it. It was also great to find that we had done enough packing to enable the crew to use less time and credit a little bit of our down payment back to us. Thank you. Will highly recommend you to any others within your service area.
