I had a very unpleasant experience with Movher for a local moving. The company was recommended to me by someone I met. The moving process went relatively smooth except the office desk was damaged and a couple of scratches on the wall and ceiling. I was not happy with one of the movers' comments regarding the scratch of the ceiling. He said that the furniture was too big that he could not do anything about it. Further, the company charged the moving $490 more than the initial estimated cost. The reason for the difference between initial estimated costs and the actual charges was they used different calculations. The initial estimated price was based on how many rooms which have much lower costs. Once the job is done, they bill you a different price based on the labor costs. The labor cost rate was not disclosed in the initial estimated documents. I don’t believe that was fair and...

Not a huge move, but all the workers showed that they cared about our belongings, a pleasure to have had them help us with our move.
