Outstanding team of workers. The original estimate assumed a 6 hour project. It took nearly twice as long. The extra time was blamed on need to use plastic rap as opposed to blankets which should have come with the truck. Not a single complaint from the crew and put in the extra hours with not single complaint. The estimator attemped to charge an additional 2k for the extra time his error caused. When confronted, the original bid was honored.

The person who handled the arrangement of the move was awesome. She called me right away and fit me in last minute. We had a pressing move date so we really appreciated it. We were a bit disappointed in the extra costs that got tacked on at the end. No one told us that they charged time starting from the movers business .... they also had told me they were coming over directly from another job where they said they were 15 mins away so I was confused about the extra 30 min charge on top of our extra time.
