Good, slow but good..

Always extremely courteous, friendly, and fast. Movher is the only way to move!

The team that was assigned to move my mother was amazing. Malik, Eddie, and Dakota were friendly, professional, and very careful with all of my mom's treasures. We could not have been more pleased. I was especially impressed by how considerate they were of my mother's feelings. It was very difficult for her to leave her home after living there for 43 years. They kept to their time schedule, but they never pressured her for decisions.
We had the team move all of the big and heavy items in the house. We chose to pack and move all of the smaller items and my mom's clothes ourselves.
Nothing was scratched and nothing was broken.

Great job on our cross-town move from storage unit and dwelling into new home. Started on time and finished ahead of schedule.

I emailed on Monday (10/5) to request an estimate. Movher called me quickly to set up the estimate appointment. Originally I scheduled for Thursday, but had to change to Friday due to schedule conflict. Andrew, the estimator called me over 10 minutes late initially. He was very nice and talked me through the estimate, moving/packing process and told me to email him photos since this was a phone/virtual estimate. I said, no problem. We got off the phone and I emailed photos from my phone to the only email address that I had, which was the estimates@movher address, immediately, on Friday. I texted Andrew and said, just emailed the photos. Andrew originally told me he would have an estimate to me by Friday evening or Saturday morning. I never received an estimate, after waiting all week (since Monday) to get the estimate. So I texted him on Saturday at 12:30 pm and said, I haven't gotten...

The entire staff was amazing. They were professional and did their job well. I would recommend any of the services they offer. I cannot thank them enough for how they helped me and made things happen!!

The staff was professional, skilled and very polite. We felt they all were very hard working and willing to assist us with anything we needed.
