I recently used Movher to move from my big house on the South Hill to a smaller townhome. I only had 4 days to move and didn't have confirmation on dates until the last minute. Ken at Movher was very supportive and flexible in coming up with options until the move date was finally confirmed. On the day of the move, Brandon and the moving team were phenomenal. There were a couple of large, heavy items, one upstairs and one downstairs, but they were able to get both out of their respective places and into the van, and then one of them to the downstairs in the townhome. Also, they very carefully wrapped up and moved my grandmother's glass curio cabinet without any issues. Additionally, there was a mixup in the actual time agreed upon to move into the townhome, but the team was patient and flexible and ended up putting in a long day while we waited for the previous owners to finish moving... I had a very short timeline to move, so I hired Movher to help me with packing and loading/unloading. My estimator was Lonnie and he was great to work with, clearly communicating the pricing (which ended up being lower than the estimate thanks to the quick team, who I will mention shortly). When an item accidentally got broken during the move, Lonnie handled it quickly and with true professionalism and excellent customer service.

The moving team: Dylan, Koda and Selvie, exceeded my expectations! They were quick, professional, friendly, and packed the items very well. Had a great experience overall. Setting up the dates and estimates was an easy and transparent process. On the day of packing, the two people assigned arrived on time, quickly understood what items needed to be packed and what didn't. They spent ample time carefully wrapping my belongings and also gave similar attention when transferring everything to the pods.
