Had a great experience overall. Setting up the dates and estimates was an easy and transparent process. On the day of packing, the two people assigned arrived on time, quickly understood what items needed to be packed and what didn't. They spent ample time carefully wrapping my belongings and also gave similar attention when transferring everything to the pods. The young men were so great to work with! I can't remember their names at the moment, but they were all very nice and respectful. The man who loaded all the stuff was able to fit everything with a little space left over (per my request) for some last minute items. He was amazing! They all put my mind at ease as I was pretty stressed out about everything fitting on the truck. They wrapped all the furniture took special care with all of the items. Read more >
