We live in the middle of 300+ acres of conservation land with 2 ponds and several vernal pools surrounding our home; I did not have high expectations, but we simply HAD to do something to reduce the mosquito population.

Jeff was friendly and very approachable; he explained how the product works and set us at ease with regard to our dog, cat, and infant son (we were nervous about chemical use).

They "under sold and over delivered", which is a great way to do things. We knew what the costs would be and prior to the first treatment we were informed enough to have realistic expectations - the area around our home is, after all, somewhat of a "perfect storm" for breeding mosquitoes.
