I was searching for Real Estate Delegated Investment opportunities when I came across Morris Invest on YouTube. His product seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Morris invest has been fantastic. We are in our early 50s and started real investing about 2 years ago, finding properties ourselves, dealing with contractors and so on. We have now bought one property with Morris, James Frederico is our advisor. The entire process has been easy. You pick a property - we paid cash - and just wait for the rehab to get done. They work with a management company, so all you have to do is wait for the rent payments to get deposited. It is by far the easiest and most scalable model to build a portfolio of properties and we will definitely by more properties from Morris.
