Mr. Bishop and team, were very responsive to my disaster at my office. Everything was chaotic, but Mr. Bishop's confident attitude and expertise gave us confidence that our flooded building and tenants would be well taken care of. Within an two hours, over 80 people were on site, working to clean up the building. After three days of around the clock work, desiccant dehumidifiers were taking care of drying down the rest of the building. Mooring USA's quick response, organized plan of work was great! Their quality workmanship will give all commercial building managers/engineers a sense of comfort knowing their building will be well cared for. We will be using them for our reconstruction needs as well. Their estimates were the most detailed I have seen--Clearly written and explained. I will be recommending them to all my other peers! Nationwide Homeownera Insurance sent out Mooring when our hot water heater went out and damaged our master bedroom, middle bedroom and hallway as well as a closet when it went out on Sunday, 8-5-2018. Since Nationwide Insurance , who I had to call, could not be contacted until the following Mon, 8-6-2018, Mooring (Kyle Bedingdield & Mario Minuz) sent water extraction people out with 9 blowers and a vaporizer which ran for several days until they were picked up on F, 8-10-2018. In the midst of that Sears replaced the defective hot water heater on 8-9-2018.
Supervisor Todd and his crews came in and Carpet and it’s padding were replaced in both bedrooms as well as the baseboards.

When our home was destroyed by a tornado Dec 26th 2015, Mooring was quick to respond. Especially, Juli Mobley. She was always so responsive & attentive and returned all of our calls and answered our questions promptly. She was patient and so very kind during this difficult time of our lives.
