Montello Car Wash

I used the automatic car wash and the machine got stuck on my truck. When an attendant finally showed up after we called, even though the sign said that there was an attendant on site, he said that my truck was too far over. Now keep in mind there is a rail system for vehicles to drive in. You need to keep your wheels between the rails. My tires were not even touching the rails when the machine got stuck on my truck. As soon as the attendant walked up to my truck he said that I was "pretty far over" and that is why the problem occurred. I explained to him that I was within the rail system and then he immediately pointed to the sign that says "we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle". He also said at that time that "this is a pretty old system so things like this could happen." I called the emergency number as well as the number for...
