Mom Needs A Break Cleaning

I had the deep clean done and most of it looked spectacular while other areas were slightly overlooked. I still think they did a great job and helped alleviate a lot of the stress I’ve been having from having a newborn. I would recommend.

Lisa, Corina, and Caitlin came to do the cleaning service for my entire home and they were very professional to get every nooks and corners of my house. Absolutely, very happy with the service i recieved today. I am definitely going to get this team to come and clean my home when i need. My house literally shining. When i told them that something need more attention, they pleasantly did it for me. This is the first time i used this cleaning service and i am sure i will book this service again.

Mom Needs A Break sent an awesome cleaning crew who transformed my dusty, dirty house into a comfy, welcoming home. They cleaned stuff I don't expect anyone else but me to clean - a collection of knickknacks, dusty items in my walk-in closet. This crew was on-time, professional, and focused.

I really appreciated the communication with the office: confirming the appointment, letting me know cleaners were on their way, when they'd finished (I had to leave!).

I'm definitely moving from first-time customer to regular client.

Was so excited to hire a cleaning service, we’ve never used one before. We have a baby coming next week so we wanted a deep clean. Nidia and Jessica were fantastic. They were very detail oriented, and made sure to get every inch of dust so baby would be safe. They didn’t rush and were so sweet! We’re going to continue with weekly cleanings and I can’t wait to see these girls again!

I paid for the mom’s makeover (deep clean). Sarah and Thelma arrived on-time and did a great job! They were respectful, thorough, and we did a walk through before and after the cleaning. I will definitely use this service again!

Editing my original post and rating from 2-5. I really appreciate the owner of this small business taking prompt action to make the situation right. She called me right away and asked what areas were missed and quickly sent out a cleaner who met my original expectations. I really appreciate the level of concern and professionalism shown. This is an honest company and I do look forward to working with them again in the future.

Original post: I bought the “Mom’s Complete Makeover Package” which is supposed to be a deep clean. What I got was a basic clean. The baseboards were not wiped as promised, not all of the windows were done. The house is overall clean, but I would have expected much more for a deep clean. We have a new baby coming in a few weeks and I was hoping to have this stress off of me. I feel I spent money on an overall basic clean. Also, they cleaned around...
