The service did an excellent job the first time they came out. The second time, (a year later) the team was okay. I appreciated the overall service and ease of scheduling.

Amanda did an exceptional job cleaning my house. Since October 2022, I’ve been hospitalized twice and then I recently broke two ribs. I got so behind on housework I needed serious help. Amanda came to my rescue. Thank you so very much!

I found this company on Thumbtack a few years back and have hesitated to leave a review as business tend to evolve or devolve over time. I will say that Mom Needs A Break has definitely EVOLVED. First they are easy to communicate with and transparent in everything. They remain flexible in their scheduling and can accommodate many last minute changes. They always show up on time and are eager to get to work. The quality of clean needs to be pointed out. They actually clean with reputable products with a focus on sanitizing. They do not clean around things but in fact move them, clean and replace in the same spot. They are consistent in debriefing after the service has been completed to make sure everything has been addressed. They are never pushy for gratuity (however welcomed and appreciate).
