Their website is impeccably kept current and their communication is second to none. The website recommended I call to ensure the crib I was wanting to buy was in stock because inventory was limited. I called and was promptly answered by a friendly and professional voice who helped me with my questions. Minutes later, I ordered the crib online. I checked back a minute later and the site had updated that the crib was now sold out. No more than 15 minutes later, I received a personal text from the store confirming details of my order and confirming if it would be okay to deliver it now. The delivery team then let me know when they were 15 minutes out.
