$179 to come out and do an estimate, but they never mentioned this to me.

The person was friendly and helpful, but they recommended work that was $1600 to $3000 to replace metal sewer line pipes.

Turns out it was the drain vent. I fixed it for $35 plus the $179 estimate for work.

Suggest the business makes it more clear that the estimate charge rate is $179.

Appreciated receiving notification and experience summary of technician scheduled. My technician was Ryan - on -time professional, courteos and kept me informed. I sincerely appreciated that Ryan came after 7pm since I had guests in the house and the toilet was plugged. A++++

Judy was super friendly and great to speak with when I reached out for advice on my issues with existing toilet. Chris assisted me with recommendations on a new toilet while I was on the phone with Judy. They were both very personable.
Appointment scheduled for the next day to replace my toilet as it was 10+ years old and not flushing much anymore. I really liked the 2 hour window they provided for the appointment. Phil and David arrived on time with the new toilet and were very easy to work with. Fair price and stellar work. Highly recommend Miracle Plumbing!

Joel came to help us and he quickly was able to determine the problem and help us get a new water heater right away, no time was lost not having hot water. Joel was so polite and respectful, we look forward to working with Miracle Plumbing again and especially Joel!

Called miracle plumbing today talk to a lady on the phone Named Judy she was wonderful she had Phil come out and help us with our water heater now I could take a hot shower thanks miracle plumbing job well done
