An actual 24/7 service that answers the phone at all hours! No hot water discovered after 10pm, and once we determined the pilot light would not stay lit, we hit the internet to look for a 24/7 service. Several sites did not answer or allow for messages to be left. Judy from Miracle Plumbing answered quickly, took our information and returned our call within 5 minutes informing that a technician (the very professional Phil) would be arriving. True to her word, Phil arrived and was able to replace the thermocouple without incident. Will not hesitate to use Miracle Plumbing again!
