Phil is awesome! He's efficient, friendly, kept me informed every step of the way, and he's got such a great attitude. He even took care to keep my place clean around his workspace. I think he should mentor trainees because we need more Phils! Will definitely be return customer.

Chris is amazing. He’s a true professional and expert in the field. He’s very impressive and explains everything thoroughly and in a way we could understand. He works very hard- efficient and neat and effective. Excellent job. I can’t say enough about how positive the experience was- and this was for considerable complex issues with the water lines, pipes and faucets throughout the house.

Fabulous! Very attentive from the office staff to all the technicians. They came at a moments notice, went above and beyond to make a difficult situation tolerable. I would highly recommend them.

I give this company 5 stars. My pipes burst apart early one morning at 6am. After I turned off the water to my home I found Miracle Plumbing on the Internet. I looked up the company on the State Contractors License Board and verified the license was current. I called at 7:30am and reached a "live" person...not a "please leave a message" recording. First star in my rating. The woman who answered stated her name as Judy and the name of the company....asked how she could help me and was very pleasant on the phone...sharing in my concern about this plumbing emergency. Second star in my rating for customer service and empathy. She gave all the facts on timing, how long it would be before someone would come out and everything I needed to know to get started.
