This service was expensive and we expected quality services. Within 3 days the eyelashes fell off. They have a policy, that they will fix issues Within 3 days of receiving their service, however they declined to provide me with this service because they said "you left a bad review so we decided not to provide you with that service". This is not fair and reviews and comments should not have retaliation from the provider. I will be sure to file a complaint with the BBB because they refuse to provide me with a service that provide to others and they refused to provide me with a refund.

I was excited to get my lashes done until my friend came back with lashes that fell out in ONE DAY. Very disappointed in the quality. Will NOT be supporting this business.

My lashes looked great when I first got them done. After one day I woke up with more than 50% of my lashes gone. I’ve paid $70 for better longer lasting extensions but I unfortunately can’t drive to Charleston every time I need my lashes done. If you want longer lasting extensions this is NOT the place to go. I’m disappointed because this place had so many positive reviews but the lashes couldn’t even last more than one day. I should also mention that I was very careful with them. I didn’t sleep on them, I didn’t get them wet, and I did everything thats recommended for aftercare. Save your money and find a better place to go❗️❗️

Perfection! I waited to write up a review to see if my lashes would hold up. And I can say the lash bar is the best in Myrtle. I was very happy with the advice and talent. The suggestion to go hybrid and special attention to drying out lashes throughout the session due to face-mask induced humidity were spot on. I just love my lashes, they are holding up well and I love that I don't have to wear mascara to make my eyes show up on Zoom calls.
