Upon our first meeting at my mom's home, I knew that the selling process was going to be in good hands. You were very informative on the value of the house, other sales in the neighborhood, and what the asking price should be. All of these turned out to be spot on. When a problem arose, you were there to assist me in the decision making, and we moved forward with a plan. Any of the repairs that were needed, you had a great contact to use. This was very important to me, as I didn't live in the area.
