Mike Giancanelli and Jennifer Yoder truly helped one of our residents during a stressful time. Our resident was referred to them after his home was not selling for nearly eight months. Mike and Jennifer responded immediately to the referral and met with this gentleman within a couple of days. I could see how satisfied he was; he was being heard, and they could see how important it was to sell his home. It wasn't long after they connected that his home sold! I love Michael because he helped me above and beyond with every facet of selling my house. I had a broken HVAC he had a guy. My backyard was a mess he had a guy. His guys were reasonable and did fantastic jobs. He told me what to do to get top price and even had a professional photographer and a cleaning company come in to help make the house beautiful for buyers. The photographer and cleaning crew was a wonderful perk and no cost to me. Michael never left me hanging and was prompt with all call backs and replies to texts and emails. Wow...what can I say. From the first day meeting Mike to the wrap up and close off the sale. Words just are not enough. I felt very comfortable talking with him, he gave great advise but always left the decision up to us. Going into the sale of the estate was nerve racking but Mike made a fast and smooth transaction. We got more for the house than we listed at and closed less than 30 days from start to finish (even with probate matters and rules). I do strongly recommend Mike for any and all of your Real Estate needs!! He will be my go to guy when needed help again.Cannot thank Mike enough!!
