Mike was incredible from the first day we met him through the whole transition of selling the home and moving the household from the assisted living and also the home. We were given Mike from the assisted living to help us. We had tried for over a year to do what Mike accomplished in about six weeks. He knew what needed to be done so those involved were informed and trusted him. He had all the resources needed to pack and move. We didn’t have to stress over any arrangements. I love Michael because he helped me above and beyond with every facet of selling my house. I had a broken HVAC he had a guy. My backyard was a mess he had a guy. His guys were reasonable and did fantastic jobs. He told me what to do to get top price and even had a professional photographer and a cleaning company come in to help make the house beautiful for buyers. The photographer and cleaning crew was a wonderful perk and no cost to me. Michael never left me hanging and was prompt with all call backs and replies to texts and emails.
