My wife was hesitant to sell with Midwest because it seemed too good to be true. They delivered on everything and more and allowed us to close quickly and unload a rental property that became a complete headache. 5 stars!

Contrary to responses from MWHB, They do contact people who have never contacted them. Not only is it annoying to recieve texts from them offering to buy a property that is not listed, but they also want to offer over a third less than the properties are worth. If they offer to buy your home, its worth tens of thousands more than they offer. Theyll say this is so they can have their own profit, but why should they profit when you could do the same through any local agent if youre willing to wait a month or two.
Edit: to rely, no you didnt do that. And :"in this area"? im in cincinnati, getting contacted by a number from lexington kentucky, by an Iowa Based Company.

Do not appreciate their random texts to my phone asking me about selling my house. How they got my name and number is beyond me but very intrusive. If I do sell my home because of their tactics I would never sell it to them. So your reply to my comment is a lie. I've never ever called you first. You are in Iowa. Why would I call Iowa. But nice try trying to deceive people. BEWARE!!!!!

Midwest Home Buyers made buying/selling my childhood home and my new forever home the best experience for me! I felt stuck in my childhood home and Dan and the team worked together to get me out as fast as I could. While Craig worked with me to find a new home in the crazy market and an accepted offer on the home I fell in love with! I could not imagine home buying another way then with the help of this team. I even got to see my childhood home reimagined with all their flipping work and it was amazing! Such a great experience that I am so thankful for.
