Do not recommend. Bad customer service all around. Questions I asked during the loan search process went unanswered or were answered incorrectly by Erica.

An incorrect invoice was sent. I knew they were wrong and asked them to double check and they confirmed the amount and I paid. Now 30 days later they caught their mistake during an audit, so they sent me an invoice to be paid within 48 hours or they threatened legal action and to ruin my credit.

I asked for net terms to fix their mistake and they threatened me with legal action again while insinuating that I’m a bad person for not just fixing their mistake.

To think Darrell Hornbacher and his team would throw away a business relationship over net 60-90 term request to fix their mistake shows you what they value, your money. If you want a “stand up guy” , that cares about you, I would take your...
