Fast, professional, with an eye for detail!

I am giving 2 stars because the end product looks good (except my chimney) and there don't appear to be any leaks. However, I was disappointed with the process. For starters the workers showed up a whole day early at 7:20 in the morning with no real warning. They spray painted the chimney flashing right on the chimney so now the brick has black spray paint on it. They also spray painted something directly on my driveway so I now have a black paint rectangle in my driveway. And although they did get all the trash in the end, they were literally throwing trash in trees and bushes while they worked. At one point my fiance went outside and one of the workers was asking him about boxes they saw in our attic and asked if we needed them? That was pretty unprofessional. They also were dropping product on my roof so hard to the point that recessed lighting actually popped out of my ceiling and...

Zero stars if I could. I’m buying a new house and they installed a new roof as part of the deal. Roof was on the cheaper side, so I called Midshore wanting the new roof inspected before settlement. First they told me 190 then when I called to confirm it was 250. When the inspector drove by before the appointment, he saw the roofers sign in the yard and knew the guy. He said he didn’t know why I wanted it inspected, wanted to call the roofer because they are friends before coming to inspect because “I don’t want to cause the roofer any trouble”. Obviously lucky he didn’t just come out and take my money with a bias like that. Would not trust this company at all, it’s a wife and husband small company that appears like they are large, the wife is the dispatcher and would not answer my calls after this event.

Our siding ended up with a hole in the corner piece after our dog pulled my husband and his elbow went through it. We got a quick quote and repair. We will definitely recommend your team to friends and family! Thanks!
