Micro Meadows

A cute little greens shop that sells fresh meat and beautifully crafted salads.
They plan on having an open cafe later in 2023 and I am excited for that!

So I literally just stopped in today to try one of their salads. I got the summer salad that had feta cheese, strawberries, blueberries, and walnuts. It’s probably the best salad I’ve ever had. The walnuts and strawberries taste better for some reason and the balsamic salad dressing you just want to drink. I really was expecting micro greens to taste like bean sprouts or a a mixed bag of fancy lettuce that has those sour leaves. So wrong I was. The micro greensI had were so mild with almost a mild buttery taste which I admit is a weird description. All I know is they don’t taste like grocery store lettuce. I may never go back to grocery store lettuce again.

for my afternoon picnic lunch, & it is beyond delicious! I love that the prices are affordable, the portion size is generous, & that everything is fresh, & ready to assemble & eat.

So thankful for this beautifully put together salad! And it is certainly priced appropriately for all of the delicious, fresh robust ingredients. The homemade Italian dressing was light and really brought all the flavors together well! Bravo!

I was given a sample at West County mall and fell in love. Best salad i’ve ever had, i’ve never eaten Micro greens until then. Delicious!

I had always been curious about these salads when I would pass the stand at the LSL farmer's market. However, I thought they were too expensive. Well, I was wrong. The one salad fed my daughter and me for two meals. Definitely worth the price. Will try a different variety next week.
