My husband and I had a great experience with the entire staff at Michigan Mortgage. They made the mortgage/budgeting process extremely easy and stress free for us (this is coming from a woman in her third trimester pregnancy). Not only did they walk us through each step and assured that we understood, they also put everything in print for us to reference back to, which is awesome seeing how much information you’re given throughout the process. Also, they have a great selection of snacks and drinks at the office!! ��

I highly recommend Michigan Mortgage. I worked with Team Garrison and was very happy with the process. Communication was excellent and we closed a few days before the initial timeline. They answered any questions I had and explained more to me as a first time home buyer. Purchasing my home was significanly less stessful! Thank you!! I will gladly use their services again if ever needed in the future.

Team Garrison did an outstanding job! They processed my VA backed loan, got me in touch with a great realtor, and had everything done from pre-approval to closing in just 7 weeks! VA backed loans were taking about 6 weeks at the time, so they were right on time. They also offer Homes for Heroes perks for veterans, teachers and public safety, which was a huge plus!

Team Garrison was an absolute blessing to us when purchasing our home. We just closed yesterday! Communication was excellent, everything happened according to the initial timeline they made up for us, and they practically held our hand through the entire stressful process that home buying is notorious for (our case probably wasn't as cut and dry as most and they seemingly worked a few miracles in that way too ;) ) We couldn't be happier and I can't recommend MI Mortgage and team Garrison enough!
