He was incredibly responsive. No matter when we had a question, he got back to us, and he’d often check in on his own just to keep us updated. We never felt rushed or left in the dark, and we closed smoothly.

What really sets David apart is that he doesn’t disappear after closing. He’s made it clear this is a long-term relationship: he’s still here whenever we have questions, and he’ll check in with us at least once a year. That kind of care is rare.
