Michael was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions. He is very upbeat, but also gives you a real opion of the properties being viewed. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I was unsure of. Michael was happy to show us as many houses as needed until we found the one that suited us. He is easy to talk to and we all enjoyed our time house hunting with him. Once we did find the house he was a spit fire. He stayed on the mortgage and title company as much as necessary to be sure the house closed in time. I am always wary of people whose job it is to sell people stuff. So I approached Michael with that mindset. It didn’t take long working with him to come around in my thought process and feel good about him and our business relationship.

He’s a talker and a salesman at heart(he was built for this), but he’s also a doer and he does whatever he can to put you at ease and get you the information you need. Michael has been outstanding from first selling my house for 300K more then he thougt it would sale for. By working with the Appraisal and beefing up COMPs and adding extra stuff to the house. He has also been outstanding on exepediting the purchase of a brand new house we found together.
