The staff is very friendly and patient. Instructions was clear and in order. The nurse practioner was very calm and attentive. I like her eagerness to help and answer questions. She was actually communicating like we knew one another. This definitely put me at ease during a yearly exam. If I had to change anything, it would be checking in.
