This location is just a short distance from the previous location, but it is a much better office. The parking lot actually has adequate parking, with room to maneuver without fear of hitting a vehicle or the bushes. The facility is clean, with improved furnishings and much more space in the waiting area and the laboratory. I would only encourage the practice manager to look into getting an automatic door to use for patients that may be mobility impaired. The entry door is heavy and difficult to manage if you are using a walker, wheelchair, or crutches. Both my daughter and I had visits while using a walker and a cane and we both had the same difficulty with the door. Please consider this suggestion to improve the customer experience for those of us that may need it.
