Very impressed by the customer service and care that this team provides. Not only did they get me in quickly for my first appointment, they got me in the next day for my follow up. The doctor and nurse practitioners are phenomenal and very knowledgeable. They made me feel like maybe I was going to be ok.

Great bedside manner from both Dr. Cowan and her CMA. They truly care about their patients which is unfortunately not common in gynecology amongst certain demographics. A little bit of an issue getting a return phone call from nurse whether you leave a message or via portal. But I am sure they are busy and always respectful when they so finally respond. I still give 5 stars as miscommunications are understandable and they are always respectful.
