MiBella Wellness Center

I love MiBella Wellness center because the staff has been wonderful and I have seen a lot of staff. I have been with Dr. Mia for more than 10 years. I have been through several offices with her. She is genuinely caring and open in discussion. I have had numerous nurse practitioners they have all been well qualified and efficient. The office staff has always been respectful pleasant to deal with and up beat !!!!!! 😊

I’ve been going to mibella for years, and each time they have been consistent! Their environment is friendly and very professional I drive from Tennessee just to go there!

I came to MiBella after feeling unseen by my previous ob/gyn. The staff is so nice and accommodating. I felt as if they actually listened when I spoke about my problem. They discovered some things that had been overlooked by my previous provider. I enjoy that not every visit has to be in person and there’s a televisit option. Overall, I have been very pleased with Dr. Cowan and her staff as well as the services provided. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Professional, fast, and friendly service!!! Walking in felt and smelled niced. It's a very relaxing environment. I'm actually anxious around needles because of bad experiences. The tech was able to draw blood on her first stick. Checkin to walking out the door was about 30-40 minutes. I wasn't in the waiting room long at all. The nurse gor my vitals and Dr. Mia came right in afterward. I felt informed and as if my time was valued when I walked out of the office

I arrive on time and early for all my appointments and I have to wait 20-30 after my appointment time to be called back. This in turn has me at my appointment longer than I expect. I would like to be seen at my appointment time and if they are running behind, I would like the receptionist to inform me so I can make the decision to reschedule or wait. Most times I have other engagements and it has me running behind.
