Dr. Cowan and her staff are next level when it comes to customer service. It's nice to go to a business - particularly a medical office - where the employees seem genuinely happy to be at work. They are cheerful and kind and go out of their way to make the experience pleasant.

Finally !!!! I found a doctor that made me feel great ! Dr. Mia is so nice and respectful, I was so emotional when I left today, because I haven’t been treated like that by ANY doctor in the Birmingham area, I told her my concerns and she told me exactly what she was going to do. Also I didn’t feel rushed.. I have definitely found a forever doctor in her, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else, the checkout receptionist Ms.W was very sweet!!

The staff is so heart warming here, everyone is knowledgeable about their job, and even under staffed on my visit they were very proficient. I was able to share with the staff some things I needed outside of their care and they were able to give some good referrals. Loved, loved loved loved... Dr. Cowan is very professional and down to earth.

Dr. Cowan and her staff are very professional and efficient with providing my healthcare needs. Dr. Cowan is fully engaged, provides a wealth of information and clarity during my appointments. The staff is very warm and attentive to patients. I highly recommend Dr. Cowan as an ob/gyn!!!

Dr. Cowan is not only a great doctor for adult women but teens as well. So glad to have someone who my daughter relates to so well as her doctor , for now and the years to come!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cowan for several years now and she has the most comforting yet straightforward bedside manner I have ever experienced. She makes me feel comfortable talking to her about anything, no matter how sensitive the subject. I have always been able to get in for an appointment, even at the last minute. I travel a lot for my job and Dr. Cowan and her staff are always willing and able to assist me and work with me not matter the distance. I love MiBella and Dr. Cowan!
