Dr. Mia is the best gynecologist doctor that I meet since I arrived here in 2010. The most important is that she takes care of us in a good way. I was surprised the first time that I meet her because I didn't expect to meet a young doctor with an open mind.

I am giving Dr. Cowan five stars because she is intelligent and compassionate. She has a straight forward, get it done attitude and listens to what I have to say. On a down note however, I am not as happy with a few of her staff members. I understand that when hiring people it can be hard to find the jewels out there so I do not hold it against Dr. Cowan herself. And I do feel confident that she recognizes those few people and takes action to improve things. When you get to know her you will see, she has a drive to excel.

Dr. Cowan is great doctor! She has helped me to understand women's health and hormones far greater than I had ever imagined. She gave me a new leash on life after feeling like "blah" for so long. Hormones, I tell ya!
Having seen Santana was not my best experience however it does not take away from Dr. Cowan's level of expertise. I have referred a few friends and Dr. Cowan was able to detect and remedy their issues with ease and comfort. It's a great feeling when you feel like you can trust a physician.
Some of the office personnel can do much better as it relates to referrals and follow-ups. I'm still waiting for my yearly mammogram appt from 3 months ago. I called to inquire, resolved the issue as best I could and I still have yet to receive the appt. This isnt my first time going through this with them. I pray they fix it soon.

I had my very first visit today and I am very pleased. I have been going to a male GYN for years and ended up having a radical hysterectomy in 2008 due to cervical cancer, so I was thrown into menopause. I have been on a hormone ever since (for almost 11 years now), but recently it doesn't seem to help and I'm having hot flashes, I'm moody, can't sleep and irritable. I decided it was time to talk to a female and decided on MiBella after reading the reviews. Dr. Cowan is very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions, and most importantly she lifted my spirits by giving me HOPE!! I go back next week to review my blood work results and am looking forward to starting my treatment. Also, each staff member I had contact with was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend!

This was my first time going to Mi Bella. The entire staff was wonderful. Santanna Thomas performed my annual check up and she was so nice and informative. The lab technician was funny and made me feel at ease while getting my blood taken.

Dr. Cowan is great! She has performed procedures for me in the past, and she’s very easy to talk to. She took the time to properly give me the best contraceptive advice based off my needs and health. The only concern I have is lengthy wait times when you have a scheduled appointment. The young woman at the desk explained that I should allow for 1hr 45mins each visit from check in each time. Not thrilled about having to take a half day off work for a Drs appointment, but now I know. Had a couple of issues with incorrect information from an LNP, but the Dr. handled and corrected the misinformation. Overall, I’ll continue doing business and supporting Dr. C, because she knows what’ she’s doing, and she’s worth it.
