I recently had an experience with this brokerage involving agent Destiny Pearson that was disappointing. There were significant communication issues and delays that adversely affected our transaction. Professional standards and clear information were lacking, leading to the loss of a potential buyer. This experience has led us to consider further actions due to the negative impact on our dealings. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in service and communication for future clients.
