Half of the drains in my house backed up and started overflowing. Melton came out the next day to fix the issue. Everyone from the person setting up the appointment to the technicians were super friendly and very courteous !

I initially gave them a five star rating due to the promptness of their service and because the technician asked for a good rating. This was before we discovered that the leak he was supposed to fix isn’t fixed and in addition we don’t have hot water. We went the entire weekend without hot water and they didn’t return our call until it was too late to fix the problem for the weekend. Poor customer service!!!
