The technician called me at 7 a.m on 2/3/2023 and told me that he would be here by 5:30 p.m., I waited until 6 p.m. and the tech did not show, I called the office and it was closed. The tech called me around 7:20 p.m. and told me that he was not going to be able to make it and that I would have to call the office on 2/6/2023. I called HSA and they told me that they tried to contact Tom Melton plumbing and that the offices were closed and that they would shoot them an email to reschedule the appointment as soon as possible. I did not receive a phone call, text message, or email that they were coming to my house. A tech showed up at my house at 3 p.m. (2/6/2023), rang the doorbell once and walked off the porch ( I have this on camera) and when I opened the door, I told him that I was not expecting him, that I was expecting a call for an appointment and he told me that he did not know...
