John B came out to repair a valve that was leaking on my water heater causing water to go throughout parts of the basement. He was able to diagnose it and repair it quickly. He was professional and explained everything along the way. I feel confident that the repair will prevent any future issues should the part fail. He assured us that they have a 30 day labor warranty and that if something were to happen to call back and they would take care of it. Definitely recommend.
